One name · one standard · Sevenoaks
When people in Sevenoaks recommend a plumber, they use his first name.
Fleet Plumbing is run by James, a Gas Safe registered, City & Guilds qualified plumbing and heating engineer with 17 years' experience across Sevenoaks and West Kent. From a boiler that has stopped firing to a full bathroom refurbishment, you deal with the same person from the first phone call to the final check.
Read the reviews and the same picture forms every time. James researches the fault properly rather than guessing. He explains what he is doing in plain English. He arrives on time, takes his shoes off at the door, and leaves the place immaculate. It is why the Google rating sits at a straight 5.0 — and why so many reviewers say the difference compared to other tradesmen was 'night and day'.

In their words
“The difference in quality compared to other tradesmen we've used in the past was night and day.”
★★★★★ — Jamie, via Google
“I'm really pleased with my new bathroom. The work was completed quickly but still to an excellent standard, with a really high-quality finish throughout. They also took the time to help design the layout so it would look and work best in the space I had, which made a big difference. Part of the…”
“James provided an excellent service. We had a problem with cold water supply and James carefully researched, identified and resolved the issue. He patiently explained his work and his knowledge and good judgment were very evident. He is a courteous and experienced professional. We would use his…”
“We had the pleasure of having James coming to fix our boiler and flue today. Having had so many problems with our previous plumbers, James was brilliant — he knew exactly what was needed, did such a professional job and left the place immaculate. It's such a refreshing change to have a tradesman…”
“Great experience with Fleet Plumbing. James was extremely helpful and responsive and able to get someone over to check out my boiler quicker than any other plumber I contacted — and spent time talking me through the problem and advising me what to do while I waited. The job, and what the client said.

A bathroom designed around the space
The problem — A tired bathroom that never quite worked for the room it was in — the client wanted a high-quality finish but needed help getting the layout right, and part of the room also needed plastering.
What James did — James helped design the layout so it would look and work best in the space available, fitted the suite — freestanding bath, timber vanity, brushed-brass brassware and glazed green tiling — and organised the plastering so it was all handled under one roof.
“I'm really pleased with my new bathroom. They took the time to help design the layout so it would look and work best in the space I had. Part of the room also needed plastering, which James organised, making the whole process much easier. Everything was done with great attention to detail.”

Plumbing and tiling to the same standard
The problem — An important plumbing job where the client had been let down by other tradesmen in the past and wanted work that was clean, tidy and built to last — not just a quick patch.
What James did — James carried out the plumbing and the tiling himself, thermostatic shower and all, and flagged a couple of small things he'd spotted that could become problems later — showing how to future-proof them rather than leaving them to fail.
“The standard of his work is outstanding — both plumbing and even some tiling — clean, tidy, and built to last. The difference in quality compared to other tradesmen we've used in the past was night and day.”
