Our work
The work, up close.
Every photograph here is from a real Fleet Plumbing job around Sevenoaks — bathroom refurbishments, showers and cloakrooms, boiler work and water-supply fault-finding.
Case studies
The problem, the fix, and the verdict.

A bathroom designed around the space
The problem — A tired bathroom that never quite worked for the room it was in — the client wanted a high-quality finish but needed help getting the layout right, and part of the room also needed plastering.
What James did — James helped design the layout so it would look and work best in the space available, fitted the suite — freestanding bath, timber vanity, brushed-brass brassware and glazed green tiling — and organised the plastering so it was all handled under one roof.
“I'm really pleased with my new bathroom. They took the time to help design the layout so it would look and work best in the space I had. Part of the room also needed plastering, which James organised, making the whole process much easier. Everything was done with great attention to detail.”

Plumbing and tiling to the same standard
The problem — An important plumbing job where the client had been let down by other tradesmen in the past and wanted work that was clean, tidy and built to last — not just a quick patch.
What James did — James carried out the plumbing and the tiling himself, thermostatic shower and all, and flagged a couple of small things he'd spotted that could become problems later — showing how to future-proof them rather than leaving them to fail.
“The standard of his work is outstanding — both plumbing and even some tiling — clean, tidy, and built to last. The difference in quality compared to other tradesmen we've used in the past was night and day.”

A boiler and flue, sorted properly
The problem — A boiler and flue fault, after a run of bad experiences with previous plumbers who hadn't got to the bottom of it.
What James did — James diagnosed exactly what was needed, carried out the repair as a Gas Safe registered engineer, and left the property spotless — with no attempt to inflate the bill.
“James was brilliant — he knew exactly what was needed, did such a professional job and left the place immaculate. It's such a refreshing change to have a tradesman who is so professional and not looking to overcharge.”

A cold-water fault, researched and resolved
The problem — A persistent cold-water supply problem with no obvious cause — the kind of intermittent fault that's easy to guess at and get wrong.
What James did — Rather than guessing, James carefully researched, identified and resolved the issue, patiently explaining each step so the customer understood exactly what had gone wrong and why.
“James carefully researched, identified and resolved the issue. He patiently explained his work and his knowledge and good judgment were very evident. He is a courteous and experienced professional.”
